Building employees’ accountability in the system are just a few clicks away. Making daily/weekly/monthly reports were now time saving. This system is efficient that increases the employees and customer satisfaction.

Accounting information system is not only for professionals. Non-accountant may use this product. They can use it to prepare their own books. The disadvantage of non-accountants using this software is that they are not properly equipped with knowledge about accounting function modules. I currently work as a secretary for a construction company, and they want me to start getting into doing the payroll, 1099s, W-2s, and that kinda stuff. Quickbooks Premier seems to be good software solution (we currently use pro), but i was thinking before I get into training for those areas in Quickbooks, I should probably get some bookkeeping/accounting training first.

I’m currently looking into business management, bookkeeping, and accounting courses at Penn Foster, but I’m not sure what order would make the most sense.

Any ideas or, even a different college you can recommend?
